Cao Cao Mobility Advances RoboX Strategy With International Expansion
Cao Cao Mobility has officially launched its RoboX strategy, targeting the deployment of 100,000 Robotaxis and 100,000 Robovans by 2030. The company is currently operating approximately 100 Robotaxis in Hangzhou, where it secured approval for driverless road tests in April 2026.
The firm is accelerating its global footprint through a strategic agreement with K2 to initiate local testing and deployment in Abu Dhabi this year. Additionally, Cao Cao Mobility has partnered with May Mobility to explore commercialization opportunities within European markets.
To support its technical evolution, the company established an Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center in partnership with the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. Professor Joseph Sifakis has been appointed as the Chief Scientific Advisor to guide the development of trustworthy autonomous systems.
