This Benchmark Statement governs The Road to Autonomy Indices, administered by AUTNMY AI, Inc. ("AUTNMY," "AUTNMY AI," "we," "our," or "us") and computed by OMEGA. It describes how the Indices are sourced, scored, published, and corrected. The Indices are composite scoring benchmarks of operators across the Autonomy Economy. They are not interest rate, commodity, or regulated financial benchmarks under the EU BMR or IOSCO principles. The terms below apply in full and are governed by the Index Charter in Section 12.
OMEGA is AUTNMY AI's proprietary institutional intelligence platform. It is the engine that computes the Indices. OMEGA autonomously sources, verifies, and scores the data that feeds the Indices. It continuously monitors the Autonomy Economy, ingesting data strictly from commercially licensed financial APIs, verified regulatory filings such as EDGAR and its global equivalents, and official municipal transit registries. Source discovery is bounded to an approved registry of licensed and official sources. Nothing outside that registry can enter the scoring pipeline. OMEGA is self-healing and runs on a fixed schedule, every twelve hours.
The Indices are computed autonomously on a strictly defined, version-locked algorithm. OMEGA sources, verifies, scores, and publishes data on a fixed schedule.
Inputs are established by consensus, not by a single read. Each metric is researched in parallel across multiple independent systems, and a value is accepted only on agreement within a defined tolerance. A value that fails to reach consensus is held at its prior figure and excluded from the current cycle. Official government filings are accepted on their own authority. Every accepted value is verified against its cited primary source before it enters the formula. The sealed, version-locked weighting formula is then applied to produce the composite. Once published, a score is permanently locked and tagged with the methodology version that produced it.
No principal of AUTNMY AI can manually adjust or reverse a computation, or edit any score, weight, or narrative after a version is published, outside of the formal Erratum and Circuit Breaker protocols defined below. Human oversight is confined to index composition review against objective criteria, methodology design, and emergency risk management. The rules here are not aspirational. They are enforced in code.
Scores are data. Trust is earned through verification.
The Indices measure the relative commercialization, deployment, and operational maturity of operators across the Autonomy Economy. Four categories, each composite weighted on a base of 100, each recomputed every twelve hours. Each Index is both a benchmark and a leaderboard.
The constituents of each Index are whoever currently meets that Index's Minimum Viability Thresholds. The universe changes over time as operators enter, exit, merge, or cease operations. The current constituents of each Index, and their count, are published in a separate dated list that updates as operators are added or archived under the rules below. A change in membership does not change an Index's methodology version. Coverage is global. Inclusion carries no endorsement or criticism of any operator. New category Indices are added as the Autonomy Economy develops, each launching with its own methodology, version-locked at first publication.
The Indices do not use contributions of subjective input data. Inputs are strictly limited to publicly available regulatory filings, official government transit data, and commercially licensed, auditable sources. OMEGA does not scrape or crawl proprietary domains. It uses licensed data.
OMEGA uses no material non-public information of any kind. No MNPI, no internal or confidential communications, ever. This is a hard, programmatic constraint. The Indices are composite scoring benchmarks. They are not interest rate, commodity, or regulated financial benchmarks under the EU BMR or IOSCO principles.
The Indices follow their methodology strictly. Output is only as useful as that methodology. Measurement may degrade when a primary source goes dark, when an operator discloses materially less, or during rapid structural change. A data point that cannot be verified against a primary source is withheld, never fabricated.
Many operators are private and do not file. Where an operator does not disclose a figure, the Indices may use an estimate derived only from that operator's own disclosed data and from auditable public sources, never from a value generated without basis. Every estimate is flagged as an estimate, is held below the score a verified figure would earn, and never outranks a disclosed figure at the same level. An operator that discloses nothing from which an estimate can be built is scored at the floor.
No value publishes without a verified primary source behind it. Every numeric and named claim is checked against its cited source, and any claim whose source does not support it is withheld, never fabricated. An automated verification layer cross-references each cited source at write time and is being brought online index by index. Until that layer has demonstrated sustained agreement with the verified reference on a given index, a confirmed reference value governs publication and the automated layer runs alongside it. Every verification action, override, and withheld cell is recorded in an audit log.
While OMEGA operates autonomously, AUTNMY AI's Compliance Committee maintains a strict Emergency Circuit Breaker. If automated monitoring detects anomalous data spikes indicative of spoofed public relations materials, cyber intrusions, or catastrophic primary source errors, human compliance officers may halt the publication cycle. This intervention is logged, publicly disclosed, and cannot be used to selectively alter individual scores to benefit commercial partners.
The universe changes over time as companies enter the market, exit, merge, or cease operations. Additions and removals are not discretionary. A company is added or removed strictly on meeting or failing the objective Minimum Viability Thresholds, for example minimum verified deployment miles, regulatory permitting status, or commercial service launch, set out in the respective Index methodology. Human review merely confirms that these thresholds have been met.
Each Index carries its own methodology, version-locked at first publication. The methodology changes only by superseding the version, never by silent amendment. The constituent weights and the scoring formula are proprietary and are not disclosed.
The formula is proprietary by design. Trust does not depend on seeing it. It depends on inputs that are independently verifiable, and scores that are permanently locked. Every input can be audited even when the formula cannot.
Factors beyond the control of AUTNMY AI may require changes to, or cessation of, an Index or its constituents. A category may restructure, a constituent may shut down, or a primary source may become unavailable. Anyone relying on an Index should account for this.
This Statement is reviewed at least every two years, and sooner on any material change to a benchmark type or methodology, or whenever the information here ceases to be correct.
Errors found after publication are corrected solely through a formal, dated erratum, issued at the same prominence as the original entry. Published scores are otherwise permanently locked.
AUTNMY AI does and seeks to do business with companies covered by the Indices. To mitigate the conflict this creates, index computation is structurally insulated. Scores are computed by OMEGA from independently sourced and verified data, applied through a fixed, version-locked formula. No commercial relationship influences inputs, scores, or narratives. No human can adjust a score after publication.
Trust must be earned through structural safeguards, not asserted through reputation.
Every score is permanently tagged with the methodology version that produced it. Historical records stand as published.
