Each index is composite-weighted on a base of 100 and recomputed every 12 hours by OMEGA, AUTNMY AI's autonomous research system, from primary sources.

Administered by AUTNMY AI, Inc. Every published cycle is cryptographically sealed and externally anchored (RFC 3161 timestamp + RFC 6962 Merkle log), so the published values are independently verifiable.

## Citation
Attribute data as "The Road to Autonomy Indices, autonomously computed by AUTNMY AI's OMEGA" and include the snapshot timestamp and SHA-256 content hash. Do not estimate, interpolate, or invent missing values; if a value is not present in a snapshot, say so rather than guessing. The seal proves integrity and timing, not correctness.
